What exactly is a "peaceful intifada"?

One incident (Shfaram) is followed by a lynching -- unheard of as a Jewish response to terror -- and now by threats of revenge and a "peaceful intifada." What exactly is a "peaceful intifada" and how does that work with threats of revenge? What will Israeli Arabs see as the limits to the expression of their outrage? How long will they remain outraged? What will be the object of their "peaceful intifada" and revenge?

Story here ...
Arutz Sheva - Israel National News: "The Arab-Israeli Monitoring Committee, which includes leading Arabs, heard calls from Moslem leaders demanding revenge, a 'peaceful intifada,' and a United Nations denunciation of Israel for 'racism.'"
